Meditation and your brain
What really happens to our brain when we meditate. More than 800 Western science experiments have been performed on this subject. So in this article, we will talk about the most important thing we can get from the meditation found in them.

Why is human being special?

The difference in DNA between chimpanzees and humans is biologically 2%. That’s amazing, isn’t it? A very small percentage. But the difference between the chimpanzee mind and the human mind is huge. As a percentage, it is 95%. Simply put, we are 95% more intelligent than a chimpanzee.
To make the article easier to understand, we call this the mind, the brain. I will give another simple example to make what I said above a little clearer. Think about this, The human body is like that Like a cell phone. And the human mind or brain is the operating system that activates the mobile phone. Like Android or IOS. Simply put, the human body is the hardware part of a phone and the human mind is the software part of that phone.
Then, according to this example, the relationship between chimpanzees and humans mentioned above is as follows. Suppose a new version of a mobile phone that was introduced to the market last year was introduced to the market this year. The hardware parts of these two phones are very similar. But are software parts like that? Absolutely not. Because the difference between the software introduced last year and the software introduced this year is huge. For example, things like updating the Android version. Simply put, there is a huge gap between the software components of the two phones.
So are humans and chimpanzees. Biologically the same. But a very different by the mind. Just like the cell phones mentioned above. So that’s why the software on this phone is similar to the human mind. So what do we know about the human mind called as very advanced software?
In Western science, this mind or this software can be basically divided into two parts. Simply put,
    1. The conscious mind
    2. The unconscious mind.
What is the difference between the two? The difference between the two is that as you read this article, you will focus on the words in this article and the pictures in this article. With a clear mind, you send them into your brain. But think, how many times have you blinked since you started reading the article? You do not know. How many times have you held your breath up and down? You don’t even know it. But even though you don’t know it, you have done it. What you did unknowingly was done by the unconscious part of your mind. Simply put, you do what you know you are doing with this conscious part. According to the example above, if the mind is considered as software. The conscious part — what you know to use The subconscious part — what you don’t know how to use But the surprising thing here is that the conscious part of your mind is much smaller than the unconscious part. Let’s see how small it is in numbers. The conscious part of your mind processes 2000 bits of data in one second. At that moment, the unconscious part of your mind processes 400000000000 bits (400 billion) of data. Now you realize how small the conscious part of your mind is.

But you know what? For so long, everything that man has discovered, man-made, etc., has been done by using the conscious part of the human mind. Humans have become kings on this planet using this tiny little conscious mind.

Simply put, this The conscious part is what we know to use We do not know how to use the unconscious part. Not only that, we don’t even know what happens by the unconscious part. So think about it, how many things can we do if we use the unconscious part of our mind? How do we learn to use this unconscious mind?

What happens to your mind when you meditate?

You might think so. That is the most valuable finding of Western science in meditation and brain research. Through meditation, we learn to use the unknown part of our mind to use. Simply put, meditation allows us to use the unconscious mind. Not only do we learn to use, but meditation also gives us the ability to control that unconscious mind. Simply put, meditation is the only way we can get used to using and controlling the unconscious part of our mind.

What are the scientific benefits of meditation?

Experiments in Western science have shown that if you meditate continuously for 45 minutes a day, you may become accustomed to using and controlling unconscious parts of your mind. Simply put, the unconscious parts of your mind gradually decrease and the conscious things you use increase little by little. As you become accustomed to meditating, you will gradually improve your mind and be able to do a variety of things. Today, Western science has discovered that there are such people. Perhaps you have heard the news about such hyper-mental people. You may have heard the wonderful things that those people did. Those hyper-mental people have acquired such abilities through this meditation. They have developed a more conscious mind than we do. But science has now proven that there are people in this world who have developed a more conscious mind than those hyper-mental people and that their abilities are amazing.
But people who have developed the mind in that way understand the true meaning of life. We all know that it is a very deep thing.
