1.CHALLENGE YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.You need to be very careful about the negative thoughts that come to your mind. Because you need to identify those negative thoughts that come up at that time and remove them from your mind. Otherwise, you will find yourself in a situation where you cannot control those negative thoughts. Therefore, identify the negative thoughts that come to your mind immediately and eliminate them from the mind.
2.SLOW BREATHING.Practice breathing slowly, consciously, and deeply. When there is social anxiety we usually take short breaths. Then our brain does not get the amount of oxygen it needs. For that reason, things like dizziness can happen to us at that time. So if we are accustomed to breathing deeply at that time, we can relax internally.
3.COOKIE JAR Concept.
A cookie jar is a jar full of cookies stored for home cooking. The cookie jar concept is to store the achievements we have achieved in life like a collection of cookies in a cookie jar and keep them in our minds.Usually, when we are social anxiety we forget the achievements we have made in life. But if you keep that winning mindset like the cookie jar concept, it will help you get rid of social anxiety.
